Opening of the China Office

After a warm welcome and a relaxed get-together, which gave guests the opportunity to socialise and make initial contacts, the official part of the evening began with musical performances. A special highlight was the performance of an ensemble from the Graz University Orchestra, which enriched the event with classical Austrian music. Equally impressive was the performance of traditional Chinese musicians, who built a bridge between Austrian and Chinese culture with their sounds.

Another central point of the programme was the ceremonial awarding of certificates to five new members of the Global Young Leaders Union. This ceremony emphasised the Union's continued expansion and growing commitment to bringing together young leaders from different countries and supporting them in their initiatives. The new members were welcomed with applause and symbolised the growing importance of the Union on a global level.

Following the musical performances and the certificate ceremony, the Economy & Trade Roundtable took place, which was the highlight of the evening. Experts and participants gathered here to discuss current issues in international economic and trade relations.
